    What to expect from SEO

SEO can improve visibility over time, but no company can guarantee a particular ranking, traffic level, lead count, or timeline.

Larger, multi-location, or highly competitive campaigns require a custom quote.

Is your business eligible for a Google Business Profile?

Not every business qualifies. Before profile optimization, check how your business meets customers. Website search visibility and Business Profile eligibility are separate questions.

    • In-person customer contact. Google generally requires in-person contact with customers during your stated hours, with certain exceptions listed in its eligibility guidelines.
    • Storefront or service-area business. A service-area business visits or delivers to customers but does not serve them at its business address. If you do not serve customers at your address, Google says to hide that address from the public profile.
    • Online-only businesses. Online-only businesses are not eligible for a Business Profile. Serving customers in a city does not, by itself, establish a physical presence or profile eligibility.
    • Owner control and authorized access. Only the business owner or an authorized representative may verify and manage the profile. Google encourages owners to own their profile and add authorized representatives as managers.

Check Google's current Business Profile eligibility and ownership guidelines and service-area business guidance for the full requirements.
